Kelly Messerschmidt:MSC Staff:Technical Communications Specialist (Birmingham)Kelly Messerschmidt is MSC's Technical Communications Specialist. She earned her Master of Technical and Professional Communication at Auburn University. Kelly's work at MSC focuses on creating user-centered documents, such as safety manuals and investigation protocols, software user manuals, and other training materials. Her academic research focused on the impact of communication on safety. In addition to working for MSC, Kelly is a communications consultant for public and private entities.
